Cold storage design:
The first step in the cold storage design is mainly through the construction of the cold storage, materials, equipment, as well as the local climate and engineering requirements. According to the design requirements, including the engineering and climate conditions, the cold storage site is first selected.
The second step is to design the insulation and moisture protection structure of the cold storage and to select the material structure according to the requirements of the cold storage. Next, the type selection of compressors and auxiliary equipment includes the parameters and number of tables of compressors. The auxiliary equipment includes condensers, intermediate coolers, oil separators, high-pressure reservoirs, and cooling fans. The next step is the design of the cold storage system pipeline, the design requirements of the system pipeline and valves, the flow rate requirements of the pipeline and the design of the evaporator supply pipe.
